Leeway

I have a ketch LEEWAY that was built at the Wilmington Boat Works, Wilmington,
CA in 1942.  Her US Doc # is 260964 30.3 feet.  LOA 40 LOD 33 LWL 27.5 Draft
4.7 Beam 11.3. This is the extent of what I know about her.  Any help
determining her designer would be appreciated.
