Dear Bruce,

 

    I wanted to update you on the Prudence project. Last week we put down 1/4" plywood on the deck, dyneled over it and primed it. After the cabin cover repairs were complete we put the cover on the boat, fastening it down through the deck with stainless all-thread. Once in place we glued plywood over it just like we did with the deck. Now we've started faring the hull down and preparing it for caulking and painting. We are also trimming out the cockpit and around the cabin cover, re-making the mahogany trim and heart pine bowsprit..
